GOMA: Second newsletter published

GOMA, the Global Market Access project, is a joint initiative of the Food and Agriculture Organisation FAO, the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements IFOAM and the United Nations Conference for Trade and Environment UNCTAD. Recently its second newsletter was published.

This issue provides updates on the latest equivalence news e.g US/EU and Canada/EU, and it features articles on the GOMA's regional initiative on Asia, a novel platform for certification bodies in Asia,  the forthcoming draft of the Central American Regional Standards,  Australia's new and  efficient approach to equivalence based on the concept of  "equally reliable systems" - and more.
