Latin America and the Caribbean: Organic Meeting and Organic Producers' Fair in October in El Salvador

The fourth Organic Meeting and Organic Producers' Fair of Latin America and the Caribbean will be held during October 12 to 16 2009 in Salinitas, El Salvador.


The meeting

The meeting will give participants the opportunity to share experiences on production and participative research, institutional research, to inform themselves about company activities, organic market initiatives, current projects and developing programs in Latin America and the Caribbean focusing on organic agriculture and fair trade.

The fair

The fair (to take place October 14 to 16) is a platform for suppliers and buyers of organic and fair-trade products from Latin America.

Furthermore, one day is dedicated to a field excursion to learn from and exchange experiences with organic producers of El Salvador.
