Eurostat maintains a database with data on organic agriculture in the countries of the European Union, furthermore Norway and Switzerland.
Recently Eurostat has restructred its data tables, and all Eurostat data tables are now available in a neatly arranged data tree at http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/portal/page/portal/statistics/search_database .

Under "Tables by themes" a table with the share of organic land of the total agricultural land, maps and graphs are available.
